Great news for Wego users! The much-loved Qibla Finder is back on the Wego app with an upgrade. Due to high demand, Wego has re-enabled the feature and introduced a home screen widget for even easier access to prayer times.
Where can you find the Qibla Finder?
Navigating to the Qibla & Prayer Times section is simple:
- Open the Wego app and go to the “Account” tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down to “Qibla & Prayer Times” under Settings to view today’s prayer times.
- Change the location to match your city and track the countdown for the next prayer.
To use the Qibla Finder, allow location access, then adjust your phone’s orientation until the black stripe on the compass aligns with the mosque icon. That’s it—you’re ready to pray!
How to add the prayer times widget?
Now, you can keep track of prayer times right from your home screen:
- In the Qibla & Prayer Times section, check the box next to “Show Widget” to enable it.
- Uncheck it anytime to disable the widget.
With this update, Wego makes it even easier to stay on top of your prayers, keeping everything within easy reach.
