Travel is allowed with restrictions for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are allowed to enter Chile. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.
Travelers must have proof of vaccination (Mobility pass) validated by the Chilean authorities before traveling to Chile.

Quarantine is required
Mandatory quarantine for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers who enter Chile with a Mobility Pass are required to quarantine until receiving the negative result of a COVID-19 PCR test taken on arrival.

Vaccinated travelers can shorten quarantine by taking a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers must wear masks in public places and on public transportation.
Fabric-made and reusable face masks are not allowed for domestic flights in Chile. Passengers will only be allowed to board the aircraft with surgical, 3 layers, or superior face masks (KN95, N95).

Other Things to Take Note Of
Mandatory self-monitoring for 14 days
Travelers are required to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days after arriving in Chile. Travelers will receive a daily email alert providing a link for submitting the required information online.

Required Documents for your Trip
Mandatory health declaration form
All travelers must fill a health form a maximum of 48 hours before boarding the flight. Travelers must have the confirmation QR code they received by email to show to the airline while boarding.

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers must have proof they have been fully vaccinated. Only vaccines approved by the Chilean Public Health Institute (ISP), the World Health Organization (WHO), the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or the European Medicines Agency (EMA) will be accepted. Travelers must have their vaccination validated prior to entry via the Chilian mobility pass online portal.

Mandatory health insurance
Foreign non-resident travelers must have proof of health insurance with COVID-19 coverage for their stay in Chile. This insurance must cover at least 30000 USD.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Chilean citizens, residents, and holders of diplomatic or official passports;
-Citizens of Spain without residency in Chile as long as they have valid forms E-CHL/09 and E-CH/11.
