COVID-19 test required
Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Travelers arriving from US states or other territories must have a negative COVID-19 antigen rapid or molecular (RT-PCR, viral, NAAT) test. The test must be taken a maximum of 5 days before departure to the US Virgin Islands.
Travelers are required to use the USVI Travel Screening Portal and submit the result before arrival and they will receive a travel certification. Travelers are not able to board their flights without the certification.
Results from COVID-19 antibody tests are no longer acceptable for entry or submission to the USVI Travel Screening Portal.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 5;
-Travelers who are fully vaccinated in USVI.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers aged 2 years and older must wear masks on public transportation. Masks must cover the wearer’s mouth and nose, and must not contain any vents. This requirement is enforced by a fine.

Mandatory travel authorization form
All travelers, including travelers in transit and children, are required to complete the online Travel Screening Portal a maximum of 5 days before departure to USVI and present a paper copy or digital version on arrival.

Optional Documents for your Trip
Recommended proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated in the USVI are recommended to present the Official Vaccination Record when traveling from the U.S. mainland and/or from another U.S. Territory.
Fully vaccinated travelers must have been vaccinated in the USVI, with the officially required dosage(s) in the USVI, and have passed the 2-week immunity-building period.
Details and Exemptions:These vaccinations do not supersede CDC testing requirements for international air arrivals or testing requirements for individuals traveling from the British Virgin Islands.
