COVID-19 test required
COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
Travelers from selected countries may be required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival in Iran. Travelers who are not fully vaccinated and have been in selected countries during transit towards Iran are required to get tested on arrival.

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Fully vaccinated travelers must have proof of having received all vaccine doses at least 15 days before travel.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 96 hours before departure of the first flight towards Iran. The results must be in English or approved by an Iranian consulate.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 8.
