Travelers are not required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result before traveling to Mexico.
Travelers who are connecting through a different country on the way to Mexico should check the testing requirements of the country they are transiting through.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public in some cities

Required Documents for your Trip
Mandatory health declaration form before arrival
Travelers must fill out a health questionnaire form. They can fill out an electronic form or a paper form.
The paper form can be found in the international arrivals area at the airport. For the electronic form, travelers need to create an account on the Vuela Seguro Mexico website a maximum of 12 hours before their flight, keep the QR code from the online form, and present it to immigration on arrival in Mexico.
