7 days quarantine
Mandatory 7-day quarantine
All travelers are required to self-quarantine on arrival for 7 days. At the end of quarantine, travelers must take a free COVID-19 test. If the result is negative, travelers can end self-quarantine and if the result is positive, they will have to follow government isolation procedures.
Travelers who intend to stay in Niger for less than 7 days are required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival and self-quarantine until they receive the results of the test. If the test is negative, travelers can end the self-quarantine.
Travelers who intend to stay in Niger for more than 7 days are required to self-quarantine at their final destination (home, hotel) for 7 days. On day 7 of self-quarantine travelers are required to take a second COVID-19 test. If the result is negative travelers can end quarantine and if the result is positive travelers will have to follow government quarantine procedures.
Travelers who intend to stay in Niger for more than 14 days are required to provide a contact telephone number in Niger and are required to go into quarantine for a period of 7 days at a precise address or home, and take a COVID-19 test at the end of it.
