Tajikistan: Open for Travel

Travelers are allowed to enter Tajikistan. Please check quarantine and/or testing requirements before traveling.

Details and Exemptions:Land border crossings between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, China, and Afghanistan are closed to travelers.

Quarantine may be required
All travelers may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test at the airport on arrival. Travelers will be subject to quarantine until the return of negative test results. If test results are positive, this could lead to 14 days in a government quarantine facility.

COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
All travelers may be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test at the airport on arrival. If the result is positive for COVID-19, travelers may be transferred to a government quarantine facility.

Masks are mandatory in public places
Travelers must wear masks in public places such as on public transportation.

Required Documents for your Trip

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The results must be issued a maximum of 72 hours before arrival.

Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 3.
