US To Anguilla Travel Restrictions, Flights News & Travel Ban In 2021 – Advisory & Requirements

Anguilla: Open for Travel

Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers are allowed to enter Anguilla. All travelers to Anguilla including returning residents are required to obtain pre-travel authorization.

Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.

Quarantine-Free

Quarantine and testing may be required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers may be required to quarantine on arrival.

Vaccinated travelers and unvaccinated children under the age of 18 staying in Anguillan households or unlicensed villas are required to quarantine for 4 days after arrival and are required to take a COVID-19 test on day 4 (day 1 is the day after arrival).

Vaccinated travelers and unvaccinated children under the age of 18 staying in a hotel, resort, or licensed villa do not need to quarantine but are required to take a COVID-19 test on day 4.

COVID-19 test required

Mandatory COVID-19 test on arrival
Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival.

Details and Exemptions:In a multi-generational family or groups of travelers comprising fully vaccinated adults and unvaccinated children under the age of 18, or pregnant women staying in a hotel for 7 days or less, the unvaccinated travelers will be required to take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test 4 days after arrival, but will not need to self-quarantine.

Masks are required

Masks are mandatory at ports of entry
Travelers must wear masks during transit, through ports of entry, and en route to their pre-approved accommodations and in public places.

Required Documents for your Trip

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated must present a vaccination certificate showing that at least 21 days have passed since they received the final dose of the vaccine before arrival in Anguilla.
Vaccines approved in Anguilla are:
-Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty, BNT162b2), 2 doses;
-Oxford/Astrazeneca/Serrum Institute of India (Astrazeneca, Vaxzevria, Covishield , AZ, AZD1222 (ChAdOx1), 2 doses;
-Moderna (Spikevax), 2 doses;
-Janssen (Janssen/Johnson and Johnson, JnJ), 1 dose.

Details and Exemptions:Residents of Anguilla with other vaccine types will be permitted entry but will be required to quarantine.

Mandatory travel authorization form
All travelers must apply for an “Application for Entry” and receive approval before departure to Anguilla. Travelers should start the application process at least 7 days before departure.
Travelers will receive an email notification that their application has been received and a visitor concierge agent will respond a maximum of 1 to 2 business days.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 3 to 5 days before their arrival in Anguilla. The test must be based on a nasopharyngeal swab.

Recommended health insurance
International travelers are recommended to have valid health insurance with COVID-19 coverage (medical costs, full hospitalization, doctors’ visits, prescriptions, and air ambulance). This does not apply to citizens and residents of Anguilla.
