Based on Ordinance No. 256 from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the UAE is categorized as one of the 98 countries eligible for visa-free travel to Georgia. This means that both UAE nationals and expat residents with valid residency permits are eligible for a short-term tourist visa on arrival for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

- a valid UAE residency permit (for expat residents)
- a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of travel
- any accommodation bookings or a flight itinerary
