How to apply for a NOC for a Pakistani passport?
Individuals seeking a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) for their Pakistan passport application are required to contact the relevant department, which may include government agencies, the armed forces, or affiliated organizations.
Alongside the NOC, it is mandatory to provide the following documents when applying for online passport renewal:
- color scanned copies of valid CNIC or NICOP or Smart CNIC or NICOP on both sides
- color scanned copies of existing passport (the first two pages and one random page as asked by the system)
- color scanned copy of valid visa/ residence permit/ Asylum card/ other nationality passport
Please note that the NOC you receive will be subject to confirmation and verification by the department concerned.
NOC for Pakistan passport format
To apply for a NOC for a Pakistani passport, it is necessary to submit the NOC application form and computer proforma among others. You can find the NOC application form, as well as the computer proforma on the Ministry of Interior Pakistan website.
The NOC form generally requires the applicant’s name, nationality, passport details and the details of the host or sponsor. Moreover, the following documents must be enclosed with the NOC application form:

- detailed visit program
