To check fines on Emirates ID in Abu Dhabi, follow these steps:

  • visit the official website of Abu Dhabi Police.
  • click on “Start”
  • log in using your Emirates ID.
  • the list of fines will appear. If any fines are due, they can be paid directly through the website.

This process can also be done through the Abu Dhabi Police Mobile App (available on iOS and Android). To check and pay your fine through the app, follow these steps:

  • open the Abu Dhabi Police Mobile app. Log in using your User ID and password. If it’s your first time using the app, provide your Emirates ID and mobile number during the registration process. 
  • register all your vehicles on the app. 
  • access the app’s traffic fines section to view all fines incurred.

The Emirates Vehicle Gate (EVG) website can also help you check any fines you have incurred on your vehicle. This website holds information on all the vehicles registered in the Emirates. 

To check your fine through EVG, follow these steps:

  • visit the Emirates Vehicle Gate website.
  • navigate to the Vehicles section and click on the Pay Traffic Fines option.
  • on the page, you will find multiple ways to search for fines imposed on you.
    • by Traffic Code Number: Enter the traffic code number to search for a fine.
    • by Plate Number: Enter the traffic code and plate numbers. Select the plating source, colour, and kind.
    • by License Number: Enter the license number and select the source.
  • after choosing one of the search methods, complete the captcha verification.
  • click on the Search button to proceed with the search for fines.

You can also check your fines through the Ministry of Interior’s website. Follow these steps:

  • visit the Ministry of Interior website and head to the Traffic Fines Payment section under the E-Services Catalog.
  • login

This is an offline method to pay fines. These kiosks can be found at integrated service centres and Adnoc service centres. To check and pay your fines through these kiosks, follow these steps:

  • find the nearest Sahl Kiosk to your location.
  • locate the smart teller booth at the kiosk and access it using your credentials.
  • within the smart teller booth interface, select the specific fine you wish to pay.
  • follow the instructions to complete the payment process.
  • after successfully making the payment, ensure to clear your personal details from the booth interface.
  • refresh your account or log out to ensure that the payment is reflected accurately.
