Hayya is a portal for visitors to Qatar. The enhanced Hayya Platform presents a streamlined visa application process, catering to travelers who require a visa to enter Qatar. Hayya users can make use of the following amenities:

visitors can use Hayya or its dedicated smartphone application (available on iOS and Android) for more flexibility and convenience.
Hayya is integrated with the e-gate entry system at Hamad International Airport for seamless travel and enhanced connectivity.
pre-registration via the Hayya is available for individuals entering Qatar via land through the Abu Samra border, ensuring expedited vehicle entry.
Hayya allows GCC nationals to apply for an entry permit for their companions.

Types of Hayya

Applicants can apply for any of the newly available Hayya visa types:

Tourist Entry Visa (A1)
Entry Visa with ETA (A2)
GCC Resident Entry Visa (A3)
Entry Visa for Companion of GCC National (A4)

If you already possess an approved Hayya from the FIFA World Cup 2022, you can return to Qatar with your extended entry permit without any additional action required on the Hayya platform. However, please check the minimum entry requirements for Qatar and ensure that you update your passport details on Hayya if necessary.

The minimum requirements to enter Qatar using Hayya are as follows:

minimum 3 months of passport validity from the time of arrival to Qatar
accommodation (Address in Qatar, booking, hosted by family and friends or Discover Qatar)

Hayya with me

Hayya with Me is available for International fans whose Hayya was approved during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Each approved applicant is able to generate 3 Invitation codes to share. Invitation codes are free of charge to generate and distribute to any new visitor wishing to visit Qatar. To apply:

Tourist Entry Visa

General tourists from any part of the world can now visit Qatar with Hayya’s new Tourist Entry Visa with simpler approvals and less paperwork. To apply:

validate the information
proof of your accommodation confirmation

Entry Visa with ETA

Using Entry Visa with ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation), visa or residency holders of the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and/or Schengen can now apply and visit Qatar any time. To apply:

upload a copy of your valid visa/residence for any of the following: US, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia & New Zealand

Hayya for GCC residents

GCC residents can opt for two types of entry visas with Hayya:

GCC Resident Entry Visa

If you are a GCC Resident, you can now visit Qatar any time with a GCC Resident Entry Visa from Hayya regardless of your profession. To apply:

When visiting Qatar, GCC Nationals can bring along companions based on their needs. To apply:

validate the information and upload the applicant’s GCC residence copy
complete payment of QAR 100

Hayya fee

While Hayya does not charge for applications, fees for visas may be charged. The Entry Visa fees start from QAR 100. They are paid after your visa is approved. The fees are non-refundable regardless of your travel status or arrangements.
