Why should you check your Iqama SIM card number?

Regularly checking the SIM cards linked to your Iqama is crucial for all residents in Saudi Arabia. Unauthorized SIMs can lead to legal troubles or even fraudulent activities under your name. By keeping track of SIM card registrations, you protect your identity and comply with Saudi telecommunications regulations.

Understanding how many SIM cards are associated with your Iqama is essential to prevent potential complications or legal concerns arising from unauthorized registrations.

How to check the SIM card numbers linked to my Iqama?

You can check the number of SIM cards linked to your Iqama by simply visiting the Mutasil portal.

To check how many SIM cards are connected to your Iqama, here’s what you need to do:

  • visit the Mutasil portal.
  • select the ‘start service’ option
  • enter your Iqama number and date of birth according to the Hijri calendar.
  • indicate whether you have a mobile phone by selecting “Yes.”
  • enter your ‘mobile number’.
  • enter the captcha code for verification
  • click on the ‘inquire’ button to proceed.
  • enter the OTP (one-time password) number sent to your mobile device.

Following these steps will lead you to a page where your registered SIM card numbers are listed. If you don’t have access to a mobile number, simply click on “No.” The system will then search through its records and display the number of connections under your name in each Saudi mobile network.
