Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023 overview
The PSL 2023, also known as PSL 8, is the eighth season of the franchise Twenty20 cricket league, the Pakistan Super League, established by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in 2015. The tournament featuring six teams from Pakistan has begun on 13 February with the final scheduled for 19 March 2023.
The draft for the eighth season tournament was held on 15 December in Karachi, during which a total of 36 international players were selected to join the local players in the competition.

Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023 venue
The Pakistan Super League 2023 is being held across four stadiums in Pakistan, in the cities of Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi and Multan:
Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore

Previously known as the Lahore Stadium, the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore was the first stadium to host PSL matches in Pakistan. Deemed the fourth largest cricket stadium in Pakistan, the stadium has a capacity of 27,000. Moreover, the Gaddafi Stadium is also the home ground of the PSL team Lahore Qalandars and is owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
For the year 2023, 9 PSL matches are scheduled to be held in the Gaddafi Stadium.

The National Stadium, Karachi

Owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and home ground to the PSL team Karachi Kings, the National Stadium or the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi is the second largest cricket stadium in Pakistan. The stadium has a capacity of 34,228.
For the year 2023, 9 PSL matches were scheduled to be held in the National Stadium, out of which 4 matches have already been conducted.

Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi

Situated in DKS Rawalpindi in the Punjab province of Pakistan, the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium was established in 1992 and replaced Pindi Club Ground as an international stadium. With a capacity of 15,000, the stadium was also a prime spot in the 1995–96 Cricket World Cup.
For the year 2023, 11 PSL matches are scheduled to be held in the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Multan Cricket Stadium, Multan

Situated in Multan in the Punjab province of Pakistan, the Multan Cricket Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium owned by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The home ground of the PSL team Multan Sultans, the stadium was inaugurated in 2001 as a replacement for the Ibn-e-Qasim Bagh Stadium and has a capacity of 35,000.
For the year 2023, 5 PSL matches were scheduled to be held in the Multan Cricket Stadium, out of which 4 matches have already been conducted.
