Procedure
GCC Resident Visa (A2)
Follow the steps below to apply for the GCC resident visa:
- Install the Hayya app from the Play Store or App Store or by visiting their official website
- If you are using the Hayya portal for the first time, click “Sign up” and create an account using your email ID. Once your account is set up, log in using your email and password.
- Click on “Apply for Hayya” to begin your visa application process
- Choose the visa type “GCC Resident Visa (A2)” and specify your visit’s purpose
- Upload your photo and enter your passport details accurately, then click on “Validate User” to confirm your identity
- Upload a copy of your GCC residency permit and select your profession
- Ensure that the job title you choose matches the one on your residency permit to avoid any travel complications
- Select your accommodation plan and provide contact information
- If you opt for “Family & Friends,” make sure your host has been added as a guest before applying
- For other accommodation options, provide the details of your booked accommodation
- Read and accept the terms and conditions, then click “Submit.”
- Confirm your application
- After confirmation, you will receive approval and a payment request.
- Make the required payment to finalize your visa application.
Upon successful completion — you will receive your GCC resident visa for Qatar via email or can retrieve it through the Hayya to Qatar app.
Visa for companion of GCC citizen (A4)
If you wish to travel to Qatar with a GCC citizen as a companion, you must apply for a GCC visa for companions of GCC citizens (A4) via the Hayya portal.
Follow the steps below to secure your companion visa:
- Install the Hayya app from the Play Store or App Store, or visit their official website
- If you’re using the Hayya portal for the first time, click “Sign up” and create an account using your email ID. Once your account is set up, log in using your email and password.
- Click on “Apply for Hayya” to begin your visa application process
- Choose the visa type “Visa for companion of GCC citizen (A4)” and specify your visit’s purpose
- Upload your photo and enter your passport details accurately
- Click on “Validate User” to confirm your identity
- Upload a copy of your GCC residency permit
- Provide your contact information for communication purposes
- Read and accept the terms and conditions, then click “Submit.
- Confirm your application
- After confirmation, you will receive approval and a payment request
- Make the required payment to finalize your companion visa application
After successfully following these steps, your GCC resident visa for Qatar will be delivered via email or accessed through the Hayya to Qatar app.
Visa fees
The visa fee for the GCC resident visa (A2) and the visa for companions of GCC citizens (A4) is QAR 100.
