If you plan to visit Sochi, Novorossiysk, Vladivostok, Korsakov, Kaliningrad, Vyborg, or St. Petersburg for a duration of up to 72 hours through a cruise ship (where you will be staying on the ship and accompanied by an authorized tour guide) or via ferries from Helsinki and Tallinn through St. Peter Line, a visa is not required.
