Flydubai, the Dubai-based airline, has announced the addition of Tallinn, Estonia to its growing network, marking the airline’s first entry into the Baltic region, Wego reports. The new service, set to commence in October 2024, is expected to boost tourism and foster stronger ties between the UAE and Estonia.

The direct flights will operate from Terminal 3 at Dubai International (DXB) to Tallinn Airport (TLL). In a move to enhance passenger comfort, Flydubai is set to introduce its latest aircraft featuring lie-flat seats in business class on this route.

Business class fares for a return trip from DXB to TLL start at AED 10,400, while economy class lite fares begin at AED 2,100. The service will operate three times weekly.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at Flydubai, expressed his pride in the airline’s network expansion. “We have created a diverse network of 126 destinations, 60 percent of which previously had very limited or no connections to Dubai. Our new services to the Baltic region and Basel will enable more people to travel conveniently through Dubai’s aviation hub, whether they are visiting Dubai or connecting conveniently onto the Flydubai network or further afield with our codeshare partner Emirates,” said Al Ghaith.
