The Chairman of the Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, has unveiled WeBook as the official ticketing platform for the Riyadh Season 2023. This development, reported by Wego, marks a significant shift in the event ticketing landscape of the region, with all tickets for the Riyadh Season being exclusively available through WeBook.

The announcement was made on the X platform, where Al-Sheikh has been hosting competitions related to the Riyadh Season. He emphasized that this application will become indispensable in the future, with a commitment to eradicate any black market activity.

Accessing your e-ticket through WeBook
To book tickets for your desired event, navigate through the WeBook website and follow these steps:
- upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this is not your event ticket
- your actual ticket will be available in the upcoming WeBook app, which you can access after receiving the confirmation email
- you will be notified via email when the WeBook app becomes available for download
- to log in to the app, use the same email address and PIN that you used during the ticket purchase
- once logged in, you will find your tickets in your account
- your ticket will become active as the event date approaches. Until then, you won’t be able to view the QR code or share the ticket
- you will receive an email notification when your ticket is activated
- on the day of the event, use your activated ticket for entry.
