Please note: Effective today, Qatar’s Ministry of Interior has announced that Qatari citizens and GCC residents will be allowed to enter the country without a Hayya card. Only non-GCC tourists and visitors attending the World Cup matches will require the Hayya card.

Hayya cardholders, follow these steps below to apply for the World Cup multiple-entry tourist visa:
- Visit the ICP web portal
- Click on the “Smart Channels” link
- Click on “Public Services” from the main menu
- Choose “Hayya Card Holders Visa” from Public Services to get the application form
- Fill out the application form with your personal details and payment options

The cost for the World Cup multiple-entry tourist visa is AED 100 or $27.
UAE multiple-entry tourist visa validity
The UAE government has started issuing the World Cup multiple-entry tourist visa from November 1, and it will be valid for 90 days. This means Hayya card holders can enter UAE multiple times within the period of 90 days. It is also extendable for another 90 days according to the terms, guidelines, and normal costs outlined in the UAE’s existing visa system.
