Riyadh Marathon 2025
The fourth edition of the Riyadh Marathon 2025 promises to be an exciting and challenging experience for all participants, regardless of their level of expertise. The event will feature a variety of running competitions, designed to accommodate participants with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Whether you are a seasoned runner or a first-timer, there will be a suitable race for you. The organizers have also provided digital booklets with personalized training programs to help prepare for the marathon, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate and make the most of the experience.

Riyadh Marathon 2025 categories
There will be four categories of races in the competition, with different eligibility and distance in each category:
- 42 KM Marathon: Open to participants aged 20 or older
- 21 KM Half-marathon: Open to participants aged 18 or older
- 10 KM Race: Open to participants aged 17 or older
- 4 KM Family Fun Run: Open for all ages
People with special conditions are welcome to register. However, they must indicate their special needs to ensure accommodation by the organizer.

To register for the competitions, participants need to do the following:

- fill in all the requested information
- tick the square if you are registering as a person with a disability
- click ‘Add to Cart’
- pay the registration fee
Participants will receive a confirmation email that includes a QR code after the payment is successful.

Riyadh Marathon 2025 prize money
The prize money for this edition of the Riyadh Marathon has yet to be announced. In 2024, the first-place participants were awarded USD 30,000 (SAR 112,511), USD 20,000 (SAR 75,001) for second place, and USD 10,000 (SAR 37,503) for third place.
Moreover, participants ranked up to 10th place were also rewarded.
