Riyadh Marathon 2024
The third edition of the Riyadh Marathon 2024 promises to be an exciting and challenging experience for all participants, regardless of their level of expertise. The event will feature a variety of running competitions, designed to accommodate participants with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Whether you are a seasoned runner or a first-timer, there will be a suitable race for you. The organizers have also provided digital booklets with personalized training programs to help prepare for the marathon, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate and make the most of the experience.

Riyadh Marathon 2024 categories
There will be four categories of races in the competition, with different eligibility and distance in each category:
- 42 KM Marathon: Open to participants aged 20 or older
- 21 KM Half-marathon: Open to participants aged 18 or older
- 10 KM Race: Open to participants aged 17 or older
- 4 KM Family Fun Run: Open for all ages
People with special conditions are welcome to register. However, they must indicate their special needs to ensure accommodation by the organizer.
Riyadh Marathon 2024 registration
To register for the competitions, participants need to do the following:
- Visit the event registration website
- Click ‘Register’
- Fill in all the requested information
- Tick the square if you are registering as a person with a disability
- Click ‘Add to Cart’
- Pay the registration fee
Participants will receive a confirmation email that includes a QR code after the payment is successful.
Riyadh Marathon 2024 registration fees
The costs of registration vary, depending on the category of the event:
- 42 KM Marathon: SAR 149
- 21 KM Half-marathon: SAR 109
- 10 KM Race: SAR 79
- 4 KM Family Fun Run: SAR 59
Please that these registration fees are non-refundable. The registration also cannot be transferred to another person.
Riyadh Marathon 2024 date and location
The competition will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 10 February 2024. The starting line and the finish line of each category are yet to be announced. Participants who have registered can collect their bib and racing kit starting on 9 February in the Marathon Village, Riyadh.
Riyadh Marathon 2024 prize money
The prize money for this edition of the Riyadh Marathon has yet to be announced. Last year, the top finishers received a prize worth more than SAR 1,000,000.
