While Saudi Arabia has lifted its air travel restrictions thereby allowing international flights to and from the kingdom to largely resume, this does not mean that Saudi citizens may now travel the world unrestricted.
Can I travel to Turkey from Saudi Arabia?
Recently, the Saudi Arabia government just lifted the travel ban for Turkey along with the other 3 countries, Vietnam, Ethiopia and India. As of now, the residents of Saudi Arabia are free to travel to Turkey.

In light of COVID-19, filling the Travel Health Certificate (THC) form within 72 hours prior to entry to Turkey has become a mandatory health requirement.
A negative COVID-19 test is no longer a requirement to entry the region for all travellers regardless of their vaccination status.
Travellers are no longer subject to quarantine regardless of their vaccination status. Only travellers with symptoms might subject to the quarantine for 5 days.
Flights from Saudi Arabia to Turkey
Saudia and Turkish Airlines are operating direct daily flights from Saudi Arabia to Turkey. Flights are departing from Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, to cities in Turkey the likes of Istanbul and Ankara.
Jeddah – Istanbul, two to three daily flight, seven days a week
Jeddah – Ankara, one daily flight, four times a week
Riyadh – Istanbul, up to three flights per day, four times a week
Dammam – Istanbul, one daily flight, two days a week
