ADLSA employer change 2023

The ADLSA employer change process in Qatar enables workers to switch employers without requiring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. This provision was implemented in 2020 as part of labor reforms aimed at safeguarding the rights and well-being of migrant workers.

The employer changes policy grants migrant workers the flexibility to switch employers once they have fulfilled their contract or in cases where their existing employer fails to comply with contractual obligations or legal regulations.

However, once your approval has been granted, but your new contract remains unauthenticated, it is necessary to compose a letter in Arabic addressed to the Head of the Labour Relations Department.
